Company platforms and applications
These terms apply to A I Technology, its websites, current and future applications, and related products including Bazarrna, Watch Room, Parkna, the Warsha Labs brand and its tools, and any platform launched, operated, managed, or branded by the company. Warsha Labs tools also come with their own license terms, published on the Warsha Labs pages: for those tools, their own license terms apply first, and these terms apply to everything they do not cover.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing from, listing on, streaming through, parking through, messaging through, or otherwise using any company website or application, the user confirms acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy.
User accounts and responsibilities
Users are responsible for account information, login security, submitted content, listings, orders, media activity, parking requests, messages, and all activity performed through their accounts or devices.
Marketplace, media, and utility rules
Bazarrna users must not list prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, misleading, or illegal items. Watch Room users must respect media rights and platform viewing rules. Parkna users must provide accurate parking and location information and comply with applicable local regulations.
Intellectual property
All logos, names, interface designs, code, content, visual identity, platform concepts, and digital assets owned by A I Technology or its products are protected. Users may not copy, download, scrape, reverse engineer, reuse, sell, or modify them without written permission.
Availability and launching soon products
Products marked as launching soon may change, pause, expand, or be cancelled. Feature previews are not guarantees of final release, pricing, availability, performance, or supported markets.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A I Technology is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, user disputes, third-party actions, service interruptions, inaccurate user submissions, payment provider issues, media rights disputes, parking availability errors, or misuse of any platform.
Warsha Labs tools: your decision and responsibility
Warsha Labs tools (including Warsha Emails, Retract and Files Lock) are tools that you choose to use. Whether, how and when you use them is entirely your own decision, and each tool's pages explain how it works and the risks involved before you start. By using a Warsha Labs tool you accept full responsibility for that use and its results, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you release A I Technology and Warsha Labs from any liability arising from it.
Updates and enforcement
The company may update these terms, suspend access, remove content, limit usage, investigate abuse, or protect its systems and users whenever needed for security, legal compliance, service quality, or platform integrity.
