Coverage of our ecosystem
This policy covers A I Technology websites, forms, current and future applications, and related services including Bazarrna, Watch Room, Parkna, the Warsha Labs brand and its tools, and any platform operated or managed by the company. Warsha Labs tools also have their own privacy and license terms, published on the Warsha Labs pages; for those tools, those terms apply first.
Platform data
Depending on the service, we may process account details, marketplace listings, orders, seller information, media preferences, watch activity, parking requests, approximate location, device data, support messages, and security logs.
Payments and third parties
If payments, delivery, maps, analytics, hosting, email, messaging, streaming, or authentication providers are used, relevant data may be shared with those providers only to operate, secure, measure, or support the service.
Security and anti-abuse
We may use rate limits, spam checks, access logs, suspicious activity reviews, content moderation, and technical safeguards to protect users, company systems, intellectual property, and platform reliability. On our contact form we use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs: when you use the form, Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address, for this check only. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that processing.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed for service operation, legal obligations, dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention, security, backups, or legitimate business purposes, then deleted or anonymized when practical.
User rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or clarification about their personal data by contacting support, subject to identity verification and applicable legal or operational limits.
Children and sensitive data
Our services are not intended for misuse by children or for submitting unnecessary sensitive data. Users should avoid sending private documents, passwords, payment credentials, or sensitive personal information unless a service specifically requires it.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our websites, applications, legal requirements, providers, or operational practices evolve. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the updated policy.
Identity verification for applicants
Applicants who receive a private invitation from our careers team may be asked to verify their identity. In that case we process their name, email, phone number and a one-time email code, and the verification itself is performed by our identity verification provider (Didit), which checks the identity document, face match and liveness. We receive the result and a summary of the checks, and the documents and signature uploaded for the contract step are sent to our careers team. This data is used only for application review and legal documentation, is kept only as long as needed for those purposes, and access to it is restricted.

Warsha Labs tools (including Warsha Emails, Retract and Files Lock) are tools that you choose to use. Whether, how and when you use them is entirely your own decision, and each tool's pages explain how it works and the risks involved before you start. By using a Warsha Labs tool you accept full responsibility for that use and its results, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you release A I Technology and Warsha Labs from any liability arising from it.
