How it is run

Day to day, Bazarrna is run through Claude by two production MCP servers:

Admin agent: moderates ads, places, companies and jobs (approve, reject, edit), answers support tickets and hands a case to a person when it cannot solve it.
Mail agent: manages Bazarrna's mailboxes; no message goes out without the owner's approval.
The rule: the agent decides routine cases when it is confident, passes anything uncertain to a person, and sensitive or irreversible actions always need human confirmation.
